I think it would be safe to assume I probably gained 25 lbs this weekend from all the awesome food we had!
Thursday: pizza & leftover chinese food
Friday: crawfish, corn on cob, potatoes, shrimp, chips, dips, desserts
Saturday: fajitas, rice, beans, chips, dips, desserts
Sunday: brunch - eggs benedict, deviled eggs, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, ham, french toast bake, stuffed mushrooms. lunch - ham, potato casserole, corn casserole, rolls, deviled eggs & green beans
I'M STILL STUFFED!!!
Friday, we had a crawfish boil with some family & friends after a long morning of swimming. Val & the boys were in town for Easter, so it was nice hanging out with them.

Saturday, all the kids came over to swim, dye eggs & grill for dinner. And what Easter would be complete without a scary looking bunny cookie cake! :-)

Sunday, we went to church with The Watson's & then back to their house for Easter brunch & an Easter egg hunt. After running around the yard collecting as many eggs as possible, we headed back in to fill our tummies. After waiting the allotted 20-30 minutes, the kids went out to take a dip. After that, we went to my mom's for lunch w/ Memaw and the rest of the gang. The food & visiting was great! Man, I just re-read the list of food above & I think I gained another 10 lbs! Val & the boys left to head back to Austin and we left shortly after. Time to clean up from the mess we made all weekend!
